Top Notch Sewing Connection provides custom clothing design, alterations, and corporate uniform services. All services are subject to the following terms and conditions.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices may vary based on final specifications, fabric selection, and complexity of work. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
4. Appointments and Consultations
Consultations are scheduled by appointment. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-show appointments may incur a fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. For custom orders, a deposit may be required before work begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as estimates only. While we strive to meet all deadlines, various factors may affect completion times. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. For custom work, attending all scheduled fittings is essential to ensure proper fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and concepts created by Top Notch Sewing Connection remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.
